Description
Arial Unicode, also know as Arial Unicode MS, is a Unicode-compliant font that contains nearly 50,000 characters and supports many languages. Arial Unicode provides support for the Asian languages (Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese and Korean) as well as for all the languages used in the major commercial markets. The Arial Unicode font is distributed with the Microsoft Office suite of products and is used to provide default language support for many languages, including Arabic, Hebrew, Thai, Vietnamese, Hindi (Devanagari) and other Indic languages.
Arial Unicode is a 22MB file, containing glyphs for all code points within The Unicode Standard, Version 2.1. This makes Arial Unicode a valuable resource for software developers.
